Cancellation policy

At Vive La Palma Tour Experience we want your experience to be perfect from the moment you book. We understand that plans can change, which is why we have established a clear and fair cancellation policy.

Cancellation more than 12 hours in advance

100% refund for cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity. The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the booking within a maximum of 7 working days.

Cancellation less than 12 hours in advance

50% refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity. We understand that last-minute changes can happen, but late cancellations involve operational costs that we must partially cover.

Force majeure and weather conditions

In cases of force majeure (adverse weather conditions, health emergencies or other circumstances beyond the control of both parties), a full 100% refund or rescheduling of the activity at no additional cost will be offered, as preferred by the customer. The safety of our participants is always the absolute priority, and we reserve the right to cancel or postpone any activity if conditions are not safe.
