At Vive La Palma Tour Experience we want your experience to be perfect from the moment you book. We understand that plans can change, which is why we have established a clear and fair cancellation policy.

Cancellation more than 12 hours in advance

100% refund for cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity.

Cancellation less than 12 hours in advance

50% refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity.

Cancellations made exactly 12 hours before the activity: contact us before cancelling to confirm which condition applies.

Force majeure and weather conditions

In cases of force majeure (adverse weather conditions), a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost will be offered.

How to communicate a cancellation

Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp or email.
